Its a week day.. i went alone for the movie 180 as nobody to give company and i am very curious also to watch that movie... Booked a centre seat by seeing layout and went to theatre and sat comfortably in my seat.. Film is about to start... Beside my seat, there is a family with father, mother, one brother n sister... That girl(may be a college going girl) sat next to me and then her younger brother and then her parents... They all chatted well and enjoyed with fun..
There is one scene in the movie 180 where the hero will check the heroine health with stethoscope... on placing in her heart he will hear the roja "puthu vellai mazhai" song beat...all in theatre whistle for this sequence and this girl n her brother clapped for this scene and whole family enjoyed... Again in the movie, hero got doubt for that sound and check in her back and he hear the same sound.. really i enjoyed by seeing the clapp of this family... unforgettable and whenever i hear about this movie, i remember this incident only... Really how people are enjoying the movie altogether with fun n chat with family make me very happy and surprising...

Death's 3D Route
This time final destination takes 3D route to kill whoever cheat death. i never see any previous version of this in theatres since everthing being released directly on DVD except recent versions... But this time adding more thrill which comes in 3D version.. Decided to see this on release date but unfortunately i missed this upto 1month (too much).. Finally booked for this and before, i got too good reviews about this and the 3D used, so very excited to see the movie in theatre... On wearing glass, the first shot, WARNER BROS logo of the movie, awesome,letters came upto 1 inch distance of my eyes.. cant believe.. i heard the whole film is take n in real 3D camera not like adding 3D content at editing stage...
As usual, the initial accident will be a highlight in every version of this movie.. This version also too good with the bridge collapse which have stunning graphics and each death in 3D is very thrill... one sample...On bridge collapse, a girl fell down from the brige where the camera at top angle and going down with the girl from top view.. At sea level, a small boat with sharp knife edge with cloth for angle control..on falling down with camera on top view, the body which exactly go straight on the knife edge and the edge which comes out of the body and it come closer upto eyeball which happen in a sec..whole theatre screamed at this scene which you can feel fully..
Death follows to everyone as usual is exciting as per the movie standard.. A way to escape from death is also there in this version too as like previous versions.. At climax, the mixing of this version to first part is good.. As it is first 3D version of this movie series, at climax they showed all 5 versions death in 3D and the initial text graphics of 3D is also too good.. This is the movie where 3D really suits and for the whole movie everyone felt like sitting in the giant wheel..

Noottrenbathu(180) vs Engeyum kathal(EK) :)
Why to compare these two movies specially???? Ofcourse the story line is completely different between these two but still similarities exist in lot side things... Both full movies shot in foreign locations... Both having very very nice songs(All songs, no exception on both)... Both telling about modern style love...
But one thing i can say directly as difference between two(that one line will fully explain about EK review), that 180 is not a crap movie like EK(worst love logic i have ever seen) :)... Here screenplay, camera, locations all good... Love scenes too good to see without bore(not like EK).... First half will go quickly and the interval suspense also too good... After interval, when you got to know the meaning of title of this movie 180, you can easily guess only two way ending for this movie.. which one will come is the only suspense...
First song (Rules kidayathu) itself enough for the cost of the ticket...slow camera for full song.. siddharth is so used to it for those slow motion effects sequence from boys movie song itself... AJ song... i thught lyrics here is Nenje... but after seeing film i get to know that is AJ(its siddharth short name).. Sandhikkatha Kangalil Inbangal... a classical base song, thought where they going to insert this song, but not bad as it fit for first part... Niyaayam Thaana... i always skipped this song on hearing mp3 but after seeing film, am so attached to it.. Nee Korinaal.. a lovely melody song.. nanana humming remembers a previous song...
Ofcourse the second part is bit more n bore.. apart from that, a good movie indeed to see...

My last day drive from Alcatel
On that day, after all formalities were over n all my friends sign off, i came to my cabin to take all my things. Nobody in the floor at that time. Upto that i didnt get any feel of leaving since i didnt remember that, from next day onwards am not allowed to enter inside... I slightly thought of those things and there i got blocked.. I just sat on my place and called to some friends and talked long time... Lights went off as no body in floor and decided to leave at that time.. Took my things and just viewed the entire floor once and left the office.
That day i came by car and went to parking lot and took my car from there.. On driving in the vertical slope, just thought thats my last drive from the parking and then drove completely out of the company.Usually my drive is 10mins from office to home in car. One of my friend already told me that my last drive to home will take surely longer than usual.. Yes he is correct. It took half hour to reach my home in no mans road. I Went only in second gear and accelarator not crossed 20.
My usual drive is hight pitch audio with new songs in chill AC. That day, i put off the audio and so calm with mild AC inside. Thats the journey, in that i remembered few of my recent things happened with the company. My critical time, my onsite journey, coffee time chat, lunch, facebook games, even restrooms, my frustations, meeting rooms all flashed. i dont know whether i intentionally remembered all because of last day but i did.
On the last day, except after 7 i was very normal. Infact the day before last day, i felt of leaving since nobody around at that time. Always if ur lonely so much of things will come to ur mind either good or bad... That day i called a colleague and talked for hours and then i went... Once i came to my home, i forgot all and didnt express anything to my family.. That night i didnt sleep early.. Anyway its a sweet nice drive in my car with loads of memories.So much of peoples who came back in their vehicle overtook me by throwing a bad look like if i got something mad... :)

WHO is this patrick????
Its a common family name for european country people and in many projects across companies you can come across this name. For my project also this name entered. Generally the european peoples are very soft,responsive,very intelligent and more helping tendency. My patrick also the same. He is the one in my project to give me more work and all the work he give are very helpful for the organization perspective. We will have daily conversation via mail and also there are so much of fights will come between us.At that time also he will not show the full anger directly to me or my project members but indirectly he will say to me like "Am going to escalate to management, whoever did fault either u or me or whomsoever". Even on escalation too he will tell and then do...
I had a chance to visit his place as a one week trip to Europe. I met him first time and he shocked since he is 40+ exp tall guy and am just 20+ short. He will not see whether am exp or not but whoever he will do his job. He greeted me so gladly and he introduced me to all his colleagues and he showed all places in the company(this we will not do to anyone whenever someone came from any country). He helped me to settle down there. At free times he came to my cabin and told about all stories about higher management and shared all his frustations to me.. He was so open to me as we well known each other. Their lunch time start at 12 itself and he came to invite me for lunch.
On first day itself he let me to the nearest zoo since there only some delicious food we get. He gave food coupons for me and we went there and i took some fish and chicken varities and some unknown stuffs to taste. But that food n all not at all enough for me and very bad taste. On lunch time, i asked about his personal life and he told that he is single and wanted to be like that and he enjoying that too.. He is a traveller and for each weekend he go some where and enjoy... He told some places to visit in his country.. After a week i send off from him and returned back to india...
After 6 months i got another chance to go there and this time 2 months. Again patrick and same project work... As it is final project release time we both together daily and worked for the release. By seeing my overwork he told one day " i appreciate that you are working hard and i definetly give your management a mail about ur good work". He did as he told after my return... When i was there, company arranged for a movie outing and i was left alone as i have no company for me to see that movie(paranormal activity). When i was thinking in my cabin he came suddenly and asked me to come for the movie with him and we both went and he told all the stories about how movies and which actors are poplular there etc.
After my return, slowly we got so much of politics with the management and some times i went opposite to patrick because of some situation even i know what all he say are correct. Sometimes whenever he get angry he will complaint more about the project and all that work will come for us. As i am going away from the company i have to say a BIG thanks to him for all his support. I never forget the name PATRICK :)

ISHA YOGA centre exp
Its a marriage trip to coimbatore for one of my collge friend alagu sakthivel who is my close friend in those days..Reception at eve.. So planned a trip to the nearest places...Went to maruthamalai temple and then on return went to ISHA yoga centre... i thought the place will be like a large space to do yoga and thought of what special in that place...But on seeing that centre, am completely wrong.. ISHA Yoga centre which is spread across 150acres space with greenish environment and peace...
The most attractive on first look i felt is that the name board on every places there. just a simple wooden board with letters that are not printed instead they made it on board itself and the font is so attractive...
On entering the place, you can see a very vast space mosaic base and a statue of metal BIG nandhi.. I didnt see this much big nandhi ever...Everybody took photograph with that.. The view is superb like nandhi is in a sitting position and surrounding are coconut trees...
When you enter inside the centre, there will be a short 10mins video session about that yoga centre... once that is over, you are free to roam there... very neatly maintained grass land with flowers everywhere... To enter the main dhiyana linga dome, you should wash your legs or to take bath there.. everyone took bath and after long confusion we too decided to take bath there... they are giving dhoti for men and saree for womens to wear... its really a new kind of experience there... on wearing that red dhoti we went to take bath...
There is a place Theerthakund which is to take bath.. that area is at underground of 50 steps down and at the bottom 6 feet deep area full of water for bath... they arranged like a falls environment like water flow from that top to that bath area... water is very chill u cant imagine.. its shivering on entering that place... highlight there is, at the centre of the bath area, there is a linga placed that s fully immersed in water.. everybody can hug that linga and can pray inside the water...
On coming out of it, we can change to our dresses and allowed to go to the dome... its very big dome structure(Bigger than birla planatorium dome) made up of 2,50000 bricks... to enter that dome, u have to sit outside and maintain silence.. 15mins once, they will ring a bell so that next set of people can go in to pray there... inside the dome, at the centre, a very big dhiyanalinga placed and peoples are allowed to sit round the linga to pray for 15 mins... as it is a fully covered dome, even when anyone coughs, echo will come...
At the entrance of every big statue, they place a upside down lady statue which is in a position of praying that god.. its very different to look...in this centre wherever you go, a pond like setup is there with real lotus flowers..
Inside the centre itself a canteen and ISHA shops are there to buy..Lot restricted areas are there inside for YOGI's and cottage is also there for stay...set of peoples are staying there for month to fully involve in their prayers and yoga...
Keep aside the speech and scandals of ISHA and apart from that, the place and exp here is too good...Really a very new experience and must see place...

Begger's ICE-cream wish :)
Everytime when i plan anything big with my friends, for any reasons, it will drop finally... So this time, no more planning, just on sunday @ 1PM i called all my friends to have a get-together.. one friend scolded me like anything that i called at last minute for outing since he had other plans in eve(but he is a very good of friend of mine)... At last 7 accepted and i went with my car and picked two of my friends in guindy and went to mylapore... It was my long term plan to see the mylapore temple.. when i entered the temple street, it was so rush since its a festival week.. cars went inch by inch and there itself thought no more parking.. when i saw saravanbavan hotel, just stopped and let my car to that parking... we went in and had coffee and one more friend joined there... 1 coffee 17rs.. we started from there and went into the temple... Joined the queue and slowly went in... temple was not so big but beautiful with lightings at night...
we started from there at 6:30 and went to besant nagar beach... mean time called other 4 friends and they joined in the beach... we sat near a ice cream stall and had a very good chat after long time... in the middle, a aged women came and begged saying that she didnt eat and no more money etc.. it was so pity on seeing, so i just gave her a 5 rupee coin.. suddenly she went to that ice-cream stall and got a ice cream and ate... i just surprised and dont know how to take that whether to laugh or to pity on her.. everybody laughed but it something i cant forget...
As usual, we went to a bajji stall and had few plates of bajji.. Then we had a walk and planned to take dinner.. half of them preferred veg so one my friend told there was a very good veg restaurant near by... Flemingo,a restaurant nearby beach.. we went in and ordered the special items there and had a good dinner... Its a simple very nice get-together after a long time...

Enthiran aka Endhiran Review
It was the director Shankar’s 10 yrs dream come true. For us…..??
For the last 2 years we have been waiting for this release... Finally the day has come and bookings were opened. I booked for this movie 15 days before its release.. yet got tickets for the show after 3 days of the release date.Such was the hype and mad rush for this film. Meanwhile, everybody were aware of the hype created for the movie... As a ordinary fan of movies, me too went to the movie with some expectations in my mind viz. Shankar + Rajni + Rahman + Aishwarya (all of them are my favorites)... As i never miss movies from title, and also this is a special movie, I went to the theater an 1 hour before the show commences to be on the safer side...
Atlast I was able to enter the hall and got my seat and got settled... As everybody knew about the its story it was my expectation to see the work of high-budget and and the heroics of Rajni...
Flim started... First song in background when title scrolled... Alas, i thought they wasted a song... Titles were almost like they show in tv promos... very simple fonts with no effects...
In on the first shot of the film, they showed the lab and Rajni without any big intro (dont know how it satisfied his fans)...Then Aishhh (who said Aishwaraya has aged???)... On making the robo, thus the first song at thebackground ended...
I also read reviews in papers before I went to watch the movie and they had praised for everything except Rahman.. I was shocked since the songs were too good to hear...
Later on seeing the movie, i realized its true since the background score was not of the Rahman’s masterpiece or his normal score... In most of the scenes, it was very silent... Also the screenplay was the , connection of different scenes and there was no liveliness in its moving...
After the making of the robot, the usual things with robo like cooking, its speed, fight sequence, memorising, reading, whatever you expect of a robot were all shown with no different. This continues on and on till interval.. During the course of the movie i thought whether I’m sitting for a documentary flim with no life... Santhanam and Karunas were utter waste and they were used to just play with the robot and not for their unique jokes... All my expectations got broken within the first half and thought what still they were going to show after interval....
Being a SHANKAR movie, what are first things that will normally come to your mind??? Song Visuals...
But in this movie songs visuals can be said as exceptional... I thought as its a robo movie, the sets will be too good with hi-fi effects, instead the sets used in songs are not that much attractive and also the robots used were like toys, esspecially in Arima songs, the dog robo was like a toy and for the whole song i just laughed noticing the backdrop art with the set...Also the outdoor locations for songs were not that much attractive and good. But in TV promos were said that they went to places r crossing rivers, forests.. but who want those stories??? It’s the onscreen look which matters.!!
Then the second half commences.. Really the flim’s best part got started after the villain Rajni came... most of the scenes resembled of flims... The baby birth scene, this was so beautifully showed in 3 idiots flim, even you will come to the seat edge on the baby birth.. but here, its just nothing...
Search for the real Rajni in 100 robos remembered me of the flim i-robot.. even the white robo resembles the face of Sonny in i-robot... Visual effects with 100 Rajnis, oh my god!!!
Usually when a special effects team is provided to Shankar he will use it to the very basic level.. the effects showed here were like CWG march-past parade... For this crores eaten up???
If this would have handed to the director Rama Narayanan, he could have used the effects to the nest with a limited budget... But a few like 100 rifle shot, ball roll shot, snake are very good to see... Rahman’s background score were too good in those sequences...Rahman in this flim was only good for the audio songs..
Finally what to say??? Not the fault of the cast, its the fault of ...
Whatever the comments were written, and the hype created and the bad reviews mentioned , everyone will watch this movie atleast once, because of the notion its a RAJNI’s movie ...
Also as everybody says good good good, the same people are even changing their mind and saying "Ya its good" because they think if we say anything against it, , others might label them as people of no taste ...but the Truth is always the Truth..

Happy Days
Original movie which came in telugu, some years back....Block buster there... Thought of to see that movie and downloaded after a while. It was so good.. just a college subject... even so many flims are there in that category but very few will be good and lively.. its one of those... every character you can remember for long after the movie...also the songs too good... i expected this movie to be remade in tamil but didn't happen for long time... This year i heard its coming to tamil via duet movies... so excited and wait for the movie.. Finally its released and heard some modifications done to suit the tamil viewers from the original and also all cast are new comers... Booked for the movie matinee show and in the morning i just read out the review in TOI and they put low rating for this movie and it disappoints me a little. Thought in tamil they didnt do well... But i know reviews will differ from people to people based on taste... i started 1 hr before since i never miss movies from starting.. but its my time that for this movie i reached 5 mins late and flim already started... just settled in my seat and started watching... Even in tamil you can see more movies came in college subject like five star, ullam kekumae etc... in every movie i feel my college days and its a chance to recollect all the memories.. only few movies will go lively with every thing like fun, relationships, songs, sentiments, message, background score in right proportion.. its one of the movie..
Every character i remember... siddharth(chandrashekar in telugu), madhu, vimal, tysen, appu, shankar, sangeetha, sharaves..
i missed the hero intro and heroine intro... even i dont know who is doing for the above character as all are new faces... hero siddharth is OK and equally did like telugu chandu and madhu, on first seeing her on screen, i doubt whether she is the one to pair with hero... fair look and acting also doesn't come well... it would be better if tamanah itself did the same in tamil... i missed tysen and sharaves intro too...i saw from the intro of vimal and appu.. they intro'ed everyone directly with their pair itself..vimal and appu both are for comedy but really this vimal char only will set in ur mind...tysen in tamil he looks like nicholes cage and sharaves(the same from telugu), best suit as a senior batch girl in college and her speech too matured... every character, even new faces in tamil but their faces somewhat coincides with the original...
In my college, the first day i still remember, as like in this movie, a parent meeting upto lunch and then we roamed college with my parents and went to hostel and search for my room. As first year, there are 6 per room and i just sit in my cot and got intro'ed with the neighbours... luckily i got very nice 6 and everyone have different story from their place and college... Next day i went to college first day first class... in first year, everyone have common subjects so all dept guys splitted up in diff sections... and mine is last section G... like in movie there is no pair intro happened for me at first day(too much :)) but but but... i know a girl from school(just know).. i studied in co'ed school but usually we boys will not talk much to girls except few... after i selected the college only i got to know she also already selected and put up in different section and classes started 15 days before for their section... also her anna is my classmate of my brother so her family already know me well...i tried to see her in college but didnt happen for few days also my college is somewhat strict in girls matters(thats advantage to0 to break the rules)... one day i went to the main building and waited for her and i just talked to her and went(it simply happened all of a sudden)....

My section is very special than anyother as every dept students present and all very nice guys n girls.. we just name our section as UNITED Geez still remember.. for that one day we few boys prepared t-shirts with the caption united geez...After the first year, everyone went to their dept. and in my dept all new guys n girls and also my school mate too in same class... slowly everybody knew that we came from same school and its enough na to kid... all started kidding with her... hostel life, its so good and i enjoyed the most.. in second year, 4 per room and all room mates changed... once in a month or twice if there is two days leave then we all will go to hometowns.. usually as we are from same place, we go together... we will not plan to go together but usually will meet in same bus since everybody start from same time from college... from mdu we will go together if i meet her in busstand... one day on going in bus from mdu, i was just sitting behind her seat and i didnt take dinner and was so hungry and she causally gave me good day biscuits and i ate... alagu, my classmate in college from mdu, a very good friend of mine that we always together.... one day when we and alagu study in hostel i just told him the story of getting biscuits from her in very casual way and he laughed like anything.. i didnt mean it that time and from next day onwards everybody in my class started kidding me with the good day biscuit.. still now they are kidding with that matter(first time i am telling this, hope girls will not read this blog), later only i understood the laugh of alagu...

Siddu asking kiss to madhu(reason for the broke up in relationship), college radio of madhu, fresher counselling of siddhu.. ego fight.. fight in all pairs.. in that tysen shraves joins first.. sangeetha's wrong behaviour, tysen got injured bcos of that.. tysen bday.. @tysen home, sharaves came to wish.. tysen just tell her that he loves her.. sharaves started telling that he is a good man, i like him.. suddenly tysen interrupt her and asking whether going to say no.. sharaves said yes as she going abroad for higher studies... then the meeting of boys and tysen explained the love of himself with sharaves and the others felt their love to and they left all the egos..then appu vimal joined... and finally siddhu's help to madhu's father and later both joined... then came the farewell party with all with a song, thats the end of the flim too...
I still remember the last day of my college..that time at campus selection every of my friends got selected except few including me, its a great pain and even cant enjoy the final day with friends... we planned to go to hometown the next day morning, but that day night itself some of them vacated... in every cinema we see students cry on the last day as they break up with friends but everyone one will feel only that come to reality.. my class mates asked me to go out that night to a friends home just to enjoy that final night.. i just denied and went to the entrance to send of them... every body said to me bye.. that time suddenly i cant control and just cried.. then everybody scolded me and asked me to come and i went with them and enjoyed the final night..the next day we vacated our rooms and just went out of the college...end of my story too.
Its always pleasure to see the college albums, scram books, friends mail, letters, photos.. Everyone should feel their memories..
Every character i remember... siddharth(chandrashekar in telugu), madhu, vimal, tysen, appu, shankar, sangeetha, sharaves..
i missed the hero intro and heroine intro... even i dont know who is doing for the above character as all are new faces... hero siddharth is OK and equally did like telugu chandu and madhu, on first seeing her on screen, i doubt whether she is the one to pair with hero... fair look and acting also doesn't come well... it would be better if tamanah itself did the same in tamil... i missed tysen and sharaves intro too...i saw from the intro of vimal and appu.. they intro'ed everyone directly with their pair itself..vimal and appu both are for comedy but really this vimal char only will set in ur mind...tysen in tamil he looks like nicholes cage and sharaves(the same from telugu), best suit as a senior batch girl in college and her speech too matured... every character, even new faces in tamil but their faces somewhat coincides with the original...

Next day i went to college first day first class... in first year, everyone have common subjects so all dept guys splitted up in diff sections... and mine is last section G... like in movie there is no pair intro happened for me at first day(too much :)) but but but... i know a girl from school(just know).. i studied in co'ed school but usually we boys will not talk much to girls except few... after i selected the college only i got to know she also already selected and put up in different section and classes started 15 days before for their section... also her anna is my classmate of my brother so her family already know me well...i tried to see her in college but didnt happen for few days also my college is somewhat strict in girls matters(thats advantage to0 to break the rules)... one day i went to the main building and waited for her and i just talked to her and went(it simply happened all of a sudden)....

INCEPTION
About this movie, there were so much of talks like its highly creative flim and confusing movie. Even after watching the movie in tamil, my friends told that they couldnt able to understand.... I read out the review before going to the flim and even the leanardo itself doesnt understand the story while acting for that flim... just got wired and read the one line of the story "Enter the human mind through dream and plant ideas" and went to flim... For first one hour, nothing much and it was as said in the one liner to go to the others mind via dream... after 1 hour... dream within dream(level 2)... level 3.... level 4.... and sure cant understand in which minds dream he is in... but overall theme able to understand and flim got over... after that for few days its pinged in mind whether its really possible...worth to watch twice no doubt..

Last day @belgium
Final day(18/12/09).. Got up at 7 and prepared noodles for breakfast and also made readymade parottas for lunch with side dish. That day road full of ice blocks, cars n bikes skidded and got accidents.. slowly walked step by step and reached office.. no one came to office, its blank... As last day, didnt have the mind to work and just did the usual jobs and started from office at 4 itself and roamed city... Took final photos here n there same place. Went to ATM and my bad luck i forgot the pin and attempted 3 times and card blocked :( luckily day before that yesterday only got all money from ATm except 10 euros. Went to supermarket and bought ready made pizza and prepared by just heating but it didnt good like in shop. Started finalize the packing and overall 29kg.. Weared 2 pants and 5 t shirts(no other way to reduce weight)... called taxi and booked for the next day trip to airport.. came to bed at 9 and saw harry potter order of the phoenix.. got up at 5 next day and started to ariport.. on checking when i gave the ticket, they told its in wait list.. shocked.. and they told that i might get birth but seat confirmed... delay compliment they gave 10 euro and had coffee n bun... came after 2 hours and got confirmed... settled in my seat and this time 4 movies Dasvidaniya, Swades, luck by chance, rab ne badi ka jodi and arrived chennai at 12:30 AM just thinked the song, sorgamae yendralum athu nammooru pola varuma...:)

Unforgettable day of my work

I came here for a project which is on going for years and now at last its in a final position. PILOT of the project is tomorrow and 60 peoples involving from 5 sites.Canada,ottawa,chennai,antwerp and raleigh. Each having its own time difference. PILOT will go for 4 weeks and we already gave training to all. But upto the last day,even we dont know wheather we going to start tomo or not. Because of lot delays and issues,its always postponed everytime. But about tomo we already informed all peoples and management. So at 6PM my boss went by saying that i will work from home and if any mail came from IBM about the start of PILOT i will inform all and also i will inform a guy in chennai also so that even if am not possible to connect n/w from home, he would send. We already together composed mail & all, for the start of tomorrow. At 8PM i checked with IBM before leave and they told that all ready,one final testing is going and will finish in 15 min and they told that they will give us a mail once completed. So hopefully i went to room and relaxed and connected the office n/w from room and waited for the mail. upto 9 no mail, i just prepared chappathi and had dinner and waited. 10... 11.... no more mail.. My boss from home told that we will wait for bit more and if no response we will send mail to all to start from tomo... ok i waited... exactly at 11 30, my connection gone... VPN not working, its says down... sometime even net didnt connect... for every floor there is a wifi here, its not connected in my floor.... i dont know what to do.. time 12...

12:30... 1... not able to connect... i dont know he sent mail or not... i thought to have some sleep bcos tomo for sure lot work... set alarm at 3 and slept. Get up at 3 here that means 7 30 for chennai... still i cant able to connect... slept again n set alarm for 4... get up at 4 n cant connect net... get up 5, time 9 30 for chennai.. people start coming for office at chennai... still i didnt send a mail, even dont know ibm sent mail or not,dont know my boss sent mail to me or not.... at 5 i went to ground floor and connected from there, ahhh now net connected but cant able to conncet office via VPN... worried and just i called a chennai guy(team mate) and asked to check my mail... bad luck my mail login not working there... then i called one more guy where my boss already told that he would send mail to him also... he told a mail is there to start the PILOT.. ahhh i just told him to fwd that mail to all pilot testers... he sent, finally at right time i sent mail to chennai... then i slept for 1 hr and had noodles for morning... went to office early and opened my mail box and saw my boss sent mail to me at 4:30AM... no more mail from IBM... then i talked with IBM guys and they told that test went for long time bla bla... After that, even my boss not there for the first day.. i have to manage all sites.. when i open mail,a critical bug which blocks pilot to do... just rushed to IBM and they already aware and we were looking on that... they solved in 15min n reported...then lot of mails,calls,ping in chat all asking how is this, how is that... i just drained at the end of the day.. we need to report bugs at the end of the day to IBM, i analysed n sent a bunch to IBM...ahh enough just closed lap n came to room... i didnt expect the day would be like this...but i didnt work like this before, different experience

One day @ Rome
This time 3 members.we get up at 3 itself since flight at 6 30AM and took taxi from room to charleroi airport and we reached there at 5 30 and checkin and got boarding pass and after security check we bought breakfast in airport itself and had some cakes.Flight reached at 8 30 in ciampino airport in rome and after that through a shuttle we reached rome at 9 30 and enquired about hop on bus and this place has lot agent for hop on and we just startup with one and first place we went to collosium, a must see in rome. From long shot it seems somewhat small but on getting closer its rather very very big than we imagine. There some guys put roman dresses and asked us to take photographs and we know already that they would ask for money.
We went for guide there and got ticket,without guide it will take long time to see since a very long queue s there to get into it. Guide explained all history and we went inside and saw all places. The places where gladiator was shot and the inside area which s already half went to mud and the inside area is very big and cant take a full photograph... we took lot shots and came out at 12 30 and caught the hop on bus and directly we went to vatican city which s second must see there. View was very beautiful with long landscape area, they called that place as vatican square. We saw st peters church and the pope place where he came out for speech and the big domb. we went into the church and i cant believe my eyes, that much big size church i ever saw in my life and very beautiful art work in all walls. When u look up u cant imagine the height. we took shot and came out.Then by a side way we saw a very long queue waiting to go up to the domb.
There are about 551 steps totally and only for first 331 steps lift available, after 220 steps u need to go up using steps.Imagine the height... we took lift upto middle and climbed steps and got very tired to climb up.. also as it is a domb it went curvely upside and very difficult to go up... finally we reached top and saw a very beautiful view from top.... then we got down and had coffee there and bought collsium doll.. Then by walk itself we went to some other site seeing areas,visited the place where angels n demons climax place was shot and took some snaps there and at last we went to a fountain area where we met some other lucent company guys who came for a trip and we got introduced and we started to room which s near to airport. Room s too good with full wooden work... Slept and get up at 6 15AM next day and started to ciampino airport..
Flight at 8 55 and we never know that time that we going to get blocked there.... Till 8 45 there is no guys to check visa and at 8 55 they informed flight will be delayed because of fog in airport... just waited there till 12 noon and they announced that they going to shift passengers to another airport there and we came out and wait for the bus for 1 hour and at last we started in bus to airport and reached after 1 hour and the bus left after we got down... no one to inform where to go, what time the flight was... even everyone with us just roamed here n there but from this incident we got to know all passengers for my flight... we just asked the help desk and went to another terminal and got the gate to go in and finally had security check again and almost we reached the correct gate at 1 30 and flight started at 3 only.... It reached the charleroi airport at 5PM and from then we hired bus to brussles airport and from there got local train to antwerp and reached room at 8 30... very tired... My bad luck that day i need to shift hotel to another one and already packed all things and got that and walked to that new hotel and unpacked all items and arranged all since next day need to cook n go to office.. at last came to bed at 11 and just slept... Any way this rome trip s something i can feel different from the previous one. last trip we didnt take room and just roamed in road for full night but this time took room but the next day fully blocked... After seeing all these romans culture, really got interest to know more about that...

Governance System
As a daily habit, the 10-year Old Pintu was reading newspaper.
Suddenly he asked his father, “Dad! What does it mean by 'Governance System'? "
"It’s like..." father said while thinking, "See! I earn and bring money to home, mean's I am a 'Money Holder'. Your mother decides where and how to spend that money and that means she is 'Government'. That maid in our home is doing all the household works, so she will be 'Labour Class'. You are a 'Common man' or 'Public'. Your kid brother is 'Future' or the 'Next Generation', understand?”
That day Pintu slept with all those thoughts. In the middle of the night he woke-up because his kid brother was crying. He wetted the mattress so he was crying. Pintu went to wake-up his mother. She was in deep sleep so Pintu went to the Maid's room to wake her up. But there his father was sleeping with the maid. So he came back with frustration.
Next morning father asked Pintu, “Hey Pintu Darling! You understood the 'Governance System'? ".

One day @ spain...
on 14th nov09, we get up at 4:15AM and got ready for the trip,myself and madhan...Walked to ANTWERP station and got train at 5:40 AM and went to Charleroi station. Came out of the station at 7:30 and waited for the shuttle serivce to airport as we already booked ticket for that too. Flight time is 8:30AM, so we planned to wait until 8 for the shuttle or else taxi. Its a 20min travel from there.Upto 7:50 no bus. That time i got a shock that i saw a recently married indian couple(that lady is so beautiful and cant move my eyes out) came up for the same shuttle service to go to airport.Thing s, that guy exactly resembles my HR and i thought of to go n talk as like am talking with(that much similar).They also in the same fear that shuttle will not come in time and they kept an eye on us(indians na). Then we moved to get a taxi and one taxi came near and we asked for airport trip and he said 20euros and we accepted (too costly but no way na).When we get in, that pair approach us and asked they too to join and we said yes and we four went to airport in 15 mins. But they talked something different language i dont know.
we shared the amount and we rushed to boarding and got VISA checked and went to security checking and put all watch,purse,jerkin etc to separate basket and checked. There my jerkin slipped down and i didnt notice and took all others and moved and then i remembered jerkin and came again there n still there in that place(cant forgot those things:) ). Then we moved to the gateway and stand in queue to get in. As this is a private airport we can walk in the ground itself to get into the flight. we two get in and settled in a place and when i look back, the same pair sat there and just smiled. Flight started at 8:30 with lot shakes and reached the destination GIRONA airport in spain at 10:30. we got down and came out and got a shuttle to reach barcelona(city centre).we got tickets and and get into the bus n moved to last seat. On moving we saw same pair still coming with us. That is a 1 1/2 hour travel and reached barcelona bus depo and moved to tourist information guide and got the route map of barcelona and enquired how to reach n get tickets and also got tickets for hop on hop off bus. Next to us, that pair too came up and enquired and they went to a hotel to stay i think so and they said bye.
There are about 44 places to see around there and we went to a nearest destination, parc with zoo. Our first site seeing itself a very wonderful place with very nice building with fountain inside park and a big elephant statue. Then by walk itself we moved to next site,museum and skipped that and went to IMAX port well. We checked for movies and every movie s only 40 min show and we planned to see the last show 11:20PM since we have a first bus from barcelona to girona airport at 3:30AM and flight at 6:30AM. so we got tickets for the IMAX show and we get into the hop on bus and there are two routes red and blue each having diff places and bus also in blue and red for each. But lot of buses for each route so its easy to skip and move to next. Then we get into bus and visited next a church. i must remember and tell about that church. That church is a famous unbuilt church which was stated construction at 1892 and still they are constructing, in the middle it was stopped because of no fund to raise as it is that much big and so architectual works in that church. Still that church looks like an unbuilt one but u can see a full view of whole art and just stand still by seeing that. so nice and very tall one. see pics in orkut.. As spain s famous for the architural building and art there are lot of buildings with so nice art. Next we skipped some places and went to a place called Park Guill. Its a cave like construction with lot pillars inside and its in a mountain. Very beautiful landscape and caves inside and we moved to that top and saw the whole view of the city and still some routes there to go up but we have no time as time was 4:30 and we get into bus and moved to a next place called Estacie de sants which s a play area and in the guide the pics were so nice, so we went there and get down and bus left. later only we came to know that is still in construction but can able to see the view since almost completed. Then we get into next bus and moved.
As sunlight down, we cant able to see lot places and from bus itself we saw just places and clicked photos and finally we get down from bus at 6:30 and went to shpping and roamed. But time didnt go as we booked movie only at 11:20. Just we sat upto 9:45 and get bored and planned to cancel the ticket and asked in counter and they accepted and returned amount and immediately we went to a near by cinema complex and we got tickets for 2012 movie at 10 PM. As it is a 2 n 1/2 hr movie, so time went upto 1 and we came to barcelona bus depo. But i could see lot of traffic still at 1 in road and all bars are very busy and queue waited for next to go in.... We just sit in depo upto 3 30 and got bus and reached airport and getinto flight and started to charleroi airport and from shuttle we went to charleroi station and got train for antwerp station where we staying and reached room at 11:30AM next morning... Barcelona is best to visti as lot places there but one day is surely not enough...

HR i met
Its a pleasant incident of How a company HR get into as my best friend....
I have lot of friends,juniors who are still searching for job... Even after my college, i have searched for job in chennai for almost 6 months, lot of companys, at that time IT was in boom but my bad luck i didnt get through and at last i was through in my current company. After that too, i always try to help whoever searching for job since i suffered the same. Whenever i get any resume i used to forward to the HR but i will get only the same response everytime "We don’t have suitable openings for the attached profile. However will let you know if there is anything comes up in the near future". I didnt notice the same reply for every profile i sent. Even i dont know the guy who sent this to me... After some months we had a team out happened and there we all grouped to 4 teams. In my team team there is no more known face except few. I have sit and played with a guy who looks like a north indian i can say with french beard. For the whole event he didnt even atleast smile even i have played by holding his hand only. After that one day i went to the floor where he is there for some other work. At that time i am in need of a persons information and guys there told a person name and asked to get that information from him. When i went to his place ( i know those place are only meant for HRs) i just shocked, he is the guy whom i am played in the outing. That time only he smiled a bit. After that one more shock, when i see his name board, it was the name whom i sent resumes frequently. I just introduced myself and that time only he said that he is maintaining template for everyone and just sent whenever he receives profile mail. After that i finished my work and went to my building and called him n talked freely. After that only i came to know he is such a waste guy like me :) To say about him, such a childish char even i always call him as child and always smile and tell everything via film dialogue. Even i too started telling film dialogues by following him. Very responsive guy for everything and he keeps inform whenever you r in track of him... After some days he introduced one more his team mate... ahhhh that guy is that much active enough in everything, taking decisions etc.. child is totally opposite and i always ask him to learn from him just for kidding... we 3 used to go out then and one day we met in city centre and from there we went to purchase a branded watch in pookadatheru :))
